Lindlar Catalyst

Palladium on Calcium Carbonate partially deactivated by lead.

Recommended Application :-

This product is also termed as Lindlar Catalyst. It is a Heterogeneous Catalyst which consists of Palladium deposited on calcium carbonate which is then mixed with either lead or sulpher. It is then used in reactions of hydrogenation of alkyene to alkene.
