Reprocessing Of Spent Catalyst

Vineeth Precious Catalysts (P) Ltd undertakes job work of recovery of precious metal from spent catalyst and Its conversion into fresh catalyst on commercial basis, The details of terms & conditions can be obtained from the office of the company, Representative of the customer is allowed to remain present and witness the ashing and Palladium content estimation process.

What is Catalyst ?

Catalyst is a substance which accelerates rate of reaction between two reactants without itself getting altered at the end of the reaction. A catalyst can therefore be used and reused again and again till it gets deactivated as a result of impurities present in the reactants which block the active sites of the Catalyst or react with the catalyst and change its chemical composition.

When one of the two reactants happen to be Hydrogen gas, the catalyst used is termed as Hydrogenation Catalyst.

The Vineeth Laboratory and R &D Centre has been primarily set up to cater to the needs of M/s. Vineeth Chemicals and M/s.Vineeth Precious Catalysts Pvt. Ltd. in their manufacturing and product development activities. However, the Lab also accept assignments from other sources subject to availability of spare capacity and resources.
