Palladium II Chloride is also known as Palladium Dichloride OR Palladous Chloride. It is a chemical compound with formula Pd-Cl2. It is prepared by the reaction of chlorine with Palladium metal at high temperature. Palladium II Chloride is a common starting compound which is used in synthesis of other Palladium compound.

Palladium II chloride is able to rapidly stain stainless steel .So solution of Palladium II chloride is used for testing corrosion resistance of stainless steel.
